Headache

A headache means having pain behind the eyes or ears, behind the head (occipital), or in the back of the upper neck. There are several causes of headache, just as there are for chest pain or back pain. Headaches may be caused by a blow to the head or, in rare circumstances, be a symptom of a more severe medical condition – Anxiety, Emotional stress, and depression, as well as the use of alcohol, missing meals, changing sleep habits, and taking too much medicine. Neck or back pressure caused by poor posture is another cause.
