Cycling, also called bicycling or biking, is the use of bicycles for transport, recreation, exercise, or sport. It can help to protect you from serious diseases. Such as stroke, heart attack, some cancers, depression, diabetes, obesity, and arthritis.

It is easy to fit into your daily routine by riding to the shops, park, school, or work. It also offers a reduced consumption of fossil fuels, less air or noise pollution, and much-reduced traffic congestion.  Cycle sport is competitive physical activity so you can use bicycles. There are several categories of bicycle racing including. The road bicycle racing, time trialing, cyclo-cross, mountain bike racing, track cycling, BMX, and cycle speedway.
